The Avenue offers several lifestyle programs and amenities that afford its residents the ability to live life to the fullest, on their terms. Please click on each to learn more:

 

 

Assisted Living: Comprehensive programs available for seniors who routinely require assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), i.e. medication management, bathing, ambulation, dressing & grooming.

 

Memory Support: Serene and secure accommodations for residents who are experiencing memory loss and behavioral changes due to Alzheimer's disease or other age related forms of dementia.

 

Respite Care: To allow future residents the opportunity to "try us out" and/or to give families who are caring for a loved one at home a break from caregiving responsibilities for one week to a month.
